Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Adivasi Srishivashakthi Store (srishivashakthistore.in), customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

We accept cancellations only under the following conditions:

✅ Before Shipping

  • Orders can be cancelled only before the product is shipped.
  • If you want to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

❌ After Shipping

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns only if:

✅ You received a damaged product
✅ You received a wrong product
✅ Product is missing items / broken seal (verified)

📌 Important Return Conditions

  • Customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide:
    • Unboxing video (recommended)
    • Photos of product + packaging
    • Order ID / invoice

❌ Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • Product is used or opened
  • Wrong address given by customer
  • Customer doesn’t like smell/texture/result (results vary person to person)
  • No proof (photos/video) is provided

3. Refund Policy

Refund will be provided only after verification.

✅ Refund applicable if:

  • Product is damaged (verified)
  • Wrong product delivered (verified)
  • Order cancelled before shipping

📌 Refund Process

  • Refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days after approval.
  • Refund will be made to the same payment method used during checkout.

💡 For COD orders:

  • Refund will be processed through UPI / bank transfer after customer shares payment details.

4. Replacement Policy

Instead of refund, we may offer replacement if:

  • Product is damaged
  • Product is wrong

Replacement will be shipped after confirmation and verification.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If return is approved due to damaged/wrong product, we will cover replacement shipping charges.
